Need help saving myu computer from a boot loop

Hello all, I'm having an issue with my PC after the latest windows update that I was hoping you guys could help me with. After the latest windows update when my computer rebooted it went to the "configuring updates" screen, afterwards it would reboot and do the same thing. I tried to boot into safe mode with no luck it load up until it shows "aswrvt.sys" then it reboots into the same loop.

I went into the advanced boot menu (I think that's what it's called where you hit F8) and I tried the startup repair option and that found nothing. Next I tried the system restore option, that just ran for hours and never did anything.

I even tried to make a system repair disk on another Win7 machine but that would't boot up when starting the computer. When I finally did try and get it to boot from the CD it said "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot"

Finally I came across this link while searching for a fix Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery even doing all that though when the computer restarted it went right to the "configuring updates" screen again.

I'm only a tad bit tech savy when it comes to fixing computer issues and this one is most defiantly over my head, any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately I can't remember all my system specs I am fairly certain I'm running the 64bit version of win7 though. If any more info is needed please let me know and I'll do my very best to provide it.

Thanks in advance for any help guys!!
