Yes Maxie, except on the Laptop it's not a network adapter issue. It's the mouse. I'm wondering if this is a Windows 10 issue. If it is, then Acer and Microsoft needs to find a fix.

I don't know. I went to Ten Forums with the issue for my Laptop, and someone said to make sure all drivers, chipset drivers, and BIOS updates are installed. Can you help me with installing the latest BIOS as well as the chipset drivers? This Laptop has never had a BIOS update or a Chipset driver update.

As far as I know it is. But, there is a firmware update to improve performance on the Acer website. Every time my sister uses my Laptop, she says its slow. So, I am wondering if the firmware update will speed things up.
