How make Task Manager start automatically on reboot & show CPU usage

Win 7 Pro 64-bit. On reboot, I want Task Manager to start automatically, as early as possible, ideally in the Processes tab, showing processes from all users, and sorted by CPU usage (with max CPU usage on top).

If that's too specific, then I just want Task Manager to start automatically on reboot, as early as possible, regardless of its focus.

    How can I do this?

If it's helpful, I have autoruns, but I've never used it to make a new startup program.

    Thanks.

Copy the Start menu's task manager shortcut to your startup folder.

UNI - Thanks. Works at a good basic level. But I would prefer to have a cmd-type line that starts it as "Show processes from all users" and sorts/stacks the processes in CPU % order, highest at top.

    Any ideas?

I don't see any practical way to do that. Task Manager doesn't have any command line options, at least none that are documented.

Task Manager should open to the state (tab/sort) that it was in when you closed it (except for the Show processes from all users part). The work around to that is to use a scheduled task to launch Task Manager.
