    Outlook 2010 problem

One of our users is having a problem with Outlook 2010 and is using Windows 7 pro.

When the user has Outlook 2010 closed and not running, right clicks on an image in my pictures, selects 'send to' and 'mail recipient', a new email window opens from outlook 2010, the user types their message and clicks send, however the message does not send until the user opens outlook 2010.

I have got the user to repeat their actions and not open outlook 2010, I have then logged on to OWA using their account details and there is no email in the sent items nor the outbox, as soon as the open outlook 2010 the email sends. Can anyone help?

I thought that was default behavior, mine has always worked that way.

The user in question says that it has never acted like this before and would send the email without having to open outlook.
