Windows 10 Upgrade Problems Pertaining to System Reserved Partition

Hi, tried to upgrade last night and everything was going fine till it gave me an error saying it couldn't backup reserved partition or something like that

So I did some searching here and found that I should use this

Bootmgr - Move to C:\ with EasyBCD

which I did and then I was suppose to delete the volume called "Data" with the 100mb thing

    View image: Untitled 1

But my concern is even after I used easybcd and moved it to the C drive, the volume called Data still has the system tag so I dont think I should delete it yet correct?

    Some additional information:

My old hdd was dying so I bought a new Samsung EVO SSD and used their software to migrate my old data, which Im pretty sure caused the upgrade issue. And the HDD you see there is just an additional one I bought that has nothing on it yet

    Thanks!

Actually once I restarted the system tag switched so I deleted the volume

You can add it to another partition with Partition Wizard.

Or ignore it. It's very very tiny.

What's your compelling reason that you have to move to Windows 10 for any reason whatsoever?

    Curiosity?

    Job-related?

You can buy it for around 120 if you think that would ease the process.

I'd probably make a post on the Win 10 forum if you are going for it hell or high water.
