Bios and Win7 do not start.

I am having quite an frustrating issue with my computer. It does not boot to windows, it does not even boot bios, after first few moments I get a black screen with only _ flashing in it.

Haven't had any problems with my machine lately, computer just froze and after I forced a reboot the problem started.

Ask if you need more info, I'm really bad at describing things without a question :)

Edit. Oh, I'm running ubuntu from live cd at the moment, since I can't get to windows.

Didn't help, it seems that win7 dvd didn't even find the installed win7. I would think, that the problem was with the ssd, but since I can access it when using ubuntu live I'd say that's not it. I'm starting to get quite baffled.

Edit. Thank you for the suggestion.

    Thank you for your answers.

Didn't help either. I reinstalled windows, as I had to get some work done.

And now I'm facing another problem, I can only see my ssd, that has windows installed, but not the 2 1tb harddrives and 1tb external. Also it seems that, when I install drivers for my Geforce GTX 460 and restart my computer I only get a black screen where there should be a login window.

I can get work done like this, just fine, even if the resolution is a little bit off, but would like help nonetheless.

Edit. Fixed the harddrive issue. Now all that remains is the problem with drivers, but that I will take up with the nvidia people.

    Thanks for the help :)
