    HELP Deleted important files.

So i had a issue with a blank data file 0byte being stuck in my download folder for a few days and came across a post to open cmd and delete it using "DEL /F /S /Q /A "Location"
i Accidently deleted my entire download folder rather than just the 1 file and am wondering if theres a way to undo / restore this. ive lost alot of important files.

Not very sure that the following will help, but no harm in trying.

Download the portable (self-extracting) Glary Utilities 6169KB, Glary Utilities Builds - Clean Registry, Fix PC Errors, Protect Privacy | Glarysoft on a different PC and extract it to a pendrive. Plug in the pendrive on the PC on which you want to recover the Download folder and run Integrator_Portable.exe. Under File Management, click on Restore deleted files, scan your drive, check whether you can find the files in good condition to copy it. Copy it to some other location/ folder on a different external drive/pendrive and then move/copy it to the original location.

    https://www.piriform.com/recuva/download
Download Recuva and recover your files from there
I checked what del /f /s /q /a does, and it seems like it was just a simple delete command. You could probably recover your files

Any chance they are in the Recycle bin?
