win10/win7 start, orb freezes, bsod flickers, unresolved error

    hi folks
    here is the deal
win 10 freshly installed on ssd, doing my bit in reorganizing some files, malwarebyte antimalware doing a scan in the background when all of a sudden a colored screen pops up informing me of [win10] updates coming in with the little wheely thing.
then the pc restarts but instead of win10 i get the windows loading sign, the four color window bits coming in from the corners of the display but just before they get together, they freeze for a ms, then the bsod flickers to halfway of screen, also for a ms or two and i get an error etc.
    please refer to screen shots.
startup with either win7 or win10 flash drives do not get me in, only hbcd [hirens] mini xp, i can see all data inside and partitions are ok...
    any ideas out there?
    in Christ

    a follow up:
i managed to get into the system with the win7 install usb - although the system has win10 on it; good old dos memory of the '80's served me well here. please see screenshot.
your ideas might get this box alive again!
