Laptop behaving strange and became slow

On my laptop having Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit, I tried to make my flash drive bootable to install Windows 10 on my system.

I have the ISO file for the same and Win7 software to make the flash drive bootable. I started the process of loading ISO file into the drive, while during the process, it halted at 95% and got hanged; I was unable to do anything after it. So I power off the laptop and start it again. Now it is taking 20 minutes just to start and reach the desktop. Also, when I open My Computer and try to access Local drive (E), it is showing as "cant load drive because of an I/O error". On the contrary, the system has become comparetively slow.

Now I dont know why the already installed OS is facing the issue when I try to make the flash drive bootable (the process which is unsuccessful!).

Need any elaboration, I'll be glad.

Please help me through this.

Hello and welcome ani26 first

matecan we have some system specs please as what you have posted gives us not thatmuch to work with and given there are so many manufacturers of components andconfigurations that do influence what goes on within any given machine and OS.
System Info - See YourSystem Specs

The other thing is are you upgrading the 7 or installing just the 10? Because if you are installing the 10 then it might have been prudent to clean the drive first.
