Recovering my Overwritten 8GB Recovery Partition

I had a 8gb recovery partition on my laptop, I have overwritten this partition by accidentally by choosing to install new os onto it, it continued to install new os for a while until it said insufficient space which then made me realized I had selected the wrong partition. Can I recover the previous version of this partition exactly the way it was?

Sorry, once overwritten completely it is impossible to recover.

    What you can perhaps do:
    1. Image all your other partitions to be able to restore later
    2. Do a factory restore with the Recovery CDs. ( If you hadn't made the
Recovery CDs try to obtain the recovery CDs from the OEM) Factory restore
    will rewrite your Recovery Partition.
    3. Restore the other Partitions now from the images.( You need to have the
Restore CD for the imaging software you used.)
    4. Wait for others to see if they can come up with better ideas. I may
be overreacting or could have lost my balance - or both.
