Can someone list down all the services and Windows Updates?

I want a list of all the Services and Windows Updates that send information to Microsoft such as computer hardware or program errors. I have already opted out to ALL of the features that send information in the control panel. Switching to Linux is NOT an option from my situation.

The only I remember right now is the "WER Service" (as the name correctly hints). It's designed to send MS information of ALL crashing programs (not just MS' ones) as well as some hardware changes, of course without your knowledge or consent. It could be considered spyware, and is also a known NSA backdoor. Disabling its service will stop it.

The Win10 "updates" are obviously adware, but also seem to collect and maybe send some data regarding at least the hardware. Look in the forums, there are many threads out there about eliminating those nasties.

I think it will be difficult to come with a complete list of the built-in spyware, but it could be possible to collect small pieces to track them down one by one
The best way to deal with them is still a firewall blocking everything. The built-in one seems quite efficient at blocking, but lacks notifications to identify potential offenders.

Here's my list although not all items are those that communicate with microsoft. I expect you can work out the ones that do apply. Igmore the checkboxes.

Also it is possible to block all known microsoft ip address ranges but then why would you want to do that if you use Windows?

Upgrade to 10 in Windows Updates list for 7
I have W7. If the upgrade to Windows10 appears in my usual list of updates, how exactly is it labelled? I don't want to upgrade to 10 now so I hid all or most of the updates that had to do with the transition. Also, if the upgrade to 10 is to be offered to me, would it have happened by now?
