Shortcuts to Open on Specific Monitor (FactoryTalk)

We have multiple client applications that we want to open on quad monitors so each opens on a different monitor maximized. Using some internal VBA we opened the screen, moved it appropriately, then maximized it. However, it looks like if the application does not start maximized, the software messes up the resolution and adds 14 pixels to the height and width. (I think this is an internal workaround created by the software) If we tell it to start maximized, then simply place the application on the desktop on the appropriate monitor, it will open there and look great. (For example, you take the application, put it on desktop of monitor 2, it will open maximized on monitor 2, move the same app to monitor 3, it will open on monitor 3). I need a way to automate this open for all for applications or put in the shortcut to pretend that it is being opened from a particular monitor or something.

All the solutions I have found so far involve changing registry keys or moving the screen not maximized. I dont believe there are any registry keys involved since if I move the application, it opens differently, and as I stated previously, maximizing after the fact messes up this software.

Is there a batch file command or something like that?
