I have since removed Bitdefender Total Security 2015 as I've had some issues with it. I thought this might be my problem but it did not fix the issue. I am back to square 1. I've had a hard time loading defaults as well, I have an ASUS P8P67 EVO Mobo and can see where it says load default drivers but I am not sure if it actually does anything? Anyone have any other suggestions as to what might cause this behavior?
In your Bios go to advanced mode then hit F5 and it will load optimized defaults, quit and save by going to the far right tab. Then get MBAM https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/ and install it as free mode, then run it and see if it finds anything, then reboot. (oops Fireberd already told you this) Then run ADWcleaner and see if it finds anything as well (you might need to uncheck the different browsers history if you don't want it to wipe that). https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewd.../1-adwcleaner/ EDIT: also if you do not have an AV now get MSE it is free and decent.

I will try again, when I hit F5 in the bios for load defaults it doesn't appear to do anything but maybe its not something I will see. I have a full version of Malwarebytes and it does not find anything. I have Norton now and it found a couple of things but it did not fix the problem. When downloading ADWcleaner Norton blocks it and says it is a virus??

Adw is clean, it is probably do to its name or perhaps the site used to have a bad add on it at some point.
