    CWindowController ReadStructure error

In Win 7 Pro 64-bit. On boot up, I now get a small window titled "CWindowController" with the text (after a yellow warning exclamation mark "ReadStructure error". When I hit "OK" the window that should then be active freezes, and I use Task Manager to end it.

Dual drive laptop. C drive SSD would not chkdsk /r. C drive has the OS. D drive HHD passed chkdsk /r without difficulty.

No info using title and/or text in searches on Google or BIng.

    Trying to figure this out.

Try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
If that stops this dialog box, try re-enabling the disabled ones until you find the one that is causing it.

You can also try running Process Explorer (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/.../bb896653.aspx). There is a Aim icon (drag that and drop on the box, see if you can spot the master process). It is right next to Binoculars (and under the menu Users)

It turns out that I program that I had in startup was the issue. It was TurboNote. Somehow it got corrupted. Uninstalled and reinstalled and all was well.
