    Maybe it is your mouse.

In device manager, right click the mouse under power properties, and tell it not to wake up the pc.
"In device manager, right click the mouse under power properties" Where is this? I cannot see power properties in device manager.
    Right click the mouse

It is either your keyboard, mouse or network card from the looks of it. Or some other USB device if not these. Best is to disable waking with these first and see if it work alright.

You should be able to disable waking from them - check the tutorial on how to. See Step 6.

    1. I thought even if keyboard and mouse are enabled to wake the computer, if I do not touch it, it will not wake the computer correct? I am away from the computer and I am sure nobody touched the keyboard and mouse.

    2. If I disabled keyboard and mouse "allow this device to wake the computer", I assume I cannot wake by pressing mouse or keyboard buttons, how can I wake the computer?

I would think power button, but, hmm, try disabling mouse and network card. Leave keyboard.

It's more likely the network card than anything else. It defaults as waking the computer on install.

And this is a fresh install...

What if the function of network card? What default schedule does it do during night time that needs to wake up the pc? (I put my PC to sleep from 11pm to 7am, during my sleeping hours)

If the network card is set to wake the PC from sleep, then a signal from the network can wake the PC. It can happen at any time. It may take five minutes, it may take and hour, but eventually there might be activity on the network which will wake the PC.

Check the following setting on your network card:

Make sure the box next to the highlighted sentence isn't ticked.
