What does a signal from the network card mean?

The purpose of the network card is to connect the PC to internet? Network card purpose is to get internet for PC?

Check the following setting on your network card:

Attachment 371676

Make sure the box next to the highlighted sentence isn't ticked.
Thanks.

Are all 3 boxes ticked by default?

I saw my all 3 boxes ticked. I will untick [allow this device to wake the computer] and try.

If you have a wireless mouse, those can be more problematic, and wake the PC without any movement.

Also run this command from an elevated command prompt to see if there are any requests that might cause a wake up:

powercfg -requests

That's good, you don't have any requests that could cause issues.
Hopefully unticking the allow to wake check-box's will fix your issue.

If not, i would look in Event Viewer for events around the time the PC woke up.

Also, after you untick all the allow to wake check-boxes, run another Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed command.
See if anything is still listed.
