File System on C: during start up

Im not sure where to put this thread but i need advice and help. I started my computer and it showed the windows load screen then I got a message saying "Checking File system on C: the type of file system is NTFS. Volume label windows. One of your drivers need to be checked for consistency. You my cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended windows will now check the disk." It then has a 10 sec countdown and the keyboard is inactive.

Did you let it run? Let it run once just to be sure and then if it is asked each restart try:
    Check Disk - Reset
