As the folder's path implies, it is for default MS Office templates. Different Office plug-ins can use this area for their templates. The permissions seem to get messed up from time to time. See AndyLake23's post in this thread: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...2652eae?page=3

If you look back to page 2 of that thread, you will see other plug-in folders have this issue too.

If I propagate the permissions it works. I can discard Virus or Malware problem. Someone have an explanation about that?
