    Recommendations On Computer

I'm going to start looking for a new computer/tablet. My old rig is an i7 - 2820QM - 16 Gbs of ram, with 4 cores/8 threads. I love it, but it's heavy to lift. I've always wonder how the 2 in 1 are and thinking this way. So in this 2 in 1, I've I got some questions if anyone cares to share their option. Remember, an option is just that. No right or wrong answer. So let's begin. First what would I do with it. Basically, watch movies off of the web, do tons of spreadsheets, go on the web with about 10 or 12 tabs open at one time. I don't like computers that I have to wait for something to load, even those days are almost over with.

The questions I have is this. When you flip a 2 in 1 over into tablet mode, how is the keyboard protected? Can you run windows 7 pro in computer mode and when you flip it over what OS does it use? I would like to get one with RJ-45 and wifi. How difficult is it to wipe the 2 in 1 (to get the bloat ware) to a clean OS?

    Thanks

    Hi,
I doubt a touch screen is very friendly with win-7 and most of the tablets you speak of are 8-8.1 or now 10 installed,
Drivers for win-7 for something like that will be interesting to find so what ever you do make sure you ask the manufacture if win-7 drivers are available for it first before purchase

I'm not really too into tablets as you're referring to I prefer good old laptops but there are some interesting new products out there that flip over like you state and I'm sure past a certain point the keyboard is disabled but yes good question what does protect the keyboard I suppose you're supposed too

Unfortunately the prices I've seen I'd rather spend a bit more and get a sweet MSI laptop :)
