    Font discovery! Wingdings webdings character map!


    Don't know if this is the right forum,. but…I've made a great discovery that might interest font fanatics (like me) and people who work with fonts: WINGDINGS, WEBDINGS CHARACTER MAPS!
    You won't have to spend a hugh amount of time keying through the font lists to find the character you want, just click on the headings for the symbol you want, instantly! Attached is the character map chart. ellenc

Hello! Earlier today I accidently deleted the Webdings Font File from Windows\Fonts. I tried the SFC /SCANNOW but it did not restore the font file. I downloaded webdin32.exe but it did not install Webdings either. I need help, because I am going crazy about this... Thanks, Drift.

Several times now I have turned on my PC to find that all the font files in Windows 7 have been deleted leaving only Wingdings active. The only solution so far has been to do a system restore, rolling back several auto updates. Once was an anomaly - now its damn annoying. Has anyone seen...
