Drag and Drop files and folders in Windows Explorer

In XP I used to be able to open multiple copies of Explorer so I could drag files/folders from one folder to another. How do I do that on W7 Windows Explorer?

    Thanks,

If you change the shortcut to use this switch...
    Code:
    %windir%\explorer.exe /N
...you should get a new Explorer window each time.

Hold the Shift key to open the second copy of Windows Explorer.
