Windows 10 Pro X64

He's not going to do much gaming on any of them. I'd say a Intel i5 2.8Ghz would be a minimum and a faster hard drive would help a lot.

Win 7 Pro x64/Win 10 Pro x64 dual boot

If it were me, I would go for the i3. It's a hyperthreaded dual core, and has a higher clock speed than the AMD quad core, so really, they are equivalent (more or less). It also had more and faster memory. The only thing the AMD has going for it is the screen size compared to this one.

I don't know how much gaming you can do with this lappy, you own it, so you know best, but I don't think it will run anything at really exotic resolutions. But it should be good for reasonable resolutions with some games at an acceptable frame rate. But it will be pushing it.

That would be my choice, anyway. It's not really a gaming laptop, but few are. I would avoid the Celeron and the Pentium. Those are both low end machines, and not really worth it unless you're just doing work/browsing with them.
