simple PC to landline free calling?

Hi. I moved and will not be able to have my phone installed for a week and i desperitely need to be able to make some calls. And i don't have a cell phone. I have a mic connected to the pc and can use headphones if speakers feed back. But the problem is i cannot seem to find a free PC to landline solution thats simple enough to get it working without hours of trying this and that. Or like google/gmail options you must verify a phone number and it makes a call to you that you must verify by punching in a number they give you. Of course with no phone that would be tough.

So does anyone know of a free way to do this that doesn't leave your with 100 questions after reading the instructions or no possible due to that call back thing or such? If anyone knows, please help, as i have family i need to contact asap. Thanks.

    Hi,
Yep looks like you're stuck with chat or email :/
I doubt even magic jack can fix a no phone number issue

When I hear or see the word free, I hide my wallet.
