unable to enter boot menu and the windows failed to start.( BSOD)

    dear friends,
I use a Samsung laptop n300 series. Specs i5, 4Gb RAM, 1TB HDD,64 bit since 3yrs. Before a month I received a blue screen message stating hard disk is bad. I noted a significant drop change in the processing of my computer functions. I tried to boost up clearing all unwanted program mes and other files, but still didn't give a edge.
Suddenly my computer stopped working from yesterday. When started, it says windows had failed start to start, hence perform startup repair (not working). It doesn't work and either the "start windows normally". It stays blank and then gives a blue screen message( as similarly described in the above paragraph).
The boot menu is inaccessible (F2 not loading or not responsive(( ). Either the safe mode booting (F8) failed to open up.
I am confused about what happened to my computer and how to get it back and I am completely broke. PLease suggest your valuable ideas that would help me in fixing it back....
    thank all

Hi and welcome to the Forum
Have you access to another PC? If so download Linux Ubuntu and burn a CD. Yoou can then use this CD on your machine to gain access to your hard drive and download any data files that you wish to keep. You will need to set your laptop to boot from CD to run the Ubuntu from the CD. Takes a bit of time to load but easy enough to find your way around.
Reason for doing all this is that I think your HD is dead or dying and will need replacing!
