I get an error when I close a program (sometimes)

On, not so, rare occasions I get a dll error when I quit any program. See the attached.
A search in C....Windows......system32 showed the two files;
C:\Windows\System32\inetcpl.cpl
C:\Windows\System32\inetcpl.cpl.mui

Probably the best way to start is to run an SFC check 3 times.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I ran it three times. There were files either missing or corrupted. I don"t understand the cbs log. so I am attaching it. Maybe you can understand it. The tests were run on October 19. That's at the bottom of the file
