Windows Support online misidentifies my operating system

What do I have to edit so Windows Support correctly reads my operating system as being Windows 7 Pro, instead of incorrectly thinking it is still Windows XP? There is no old OS listed in the boot area. In environmental background I changed the OS to Windows_NT_6.1 instead of what it was previously (Windows_NT), and that didn't change anything pertaining to this question.

I have been having terrible problems with system instability, flash and java crashes, windows 7 hangs, etc., and if there is someplace my computer is getting confused over which OS it has, would that explain anything?

I also edited my general user agent string to indicate Windows 7, and that didn't change anything.

THAT I know, sigh... What I DON'T know is what else I can possibly edit so my computer stops telling windows support my OS is XP.

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Click the Start button and right click the Computer listing and click on Properties
You can also go to Control panel and click on System.

    Hi,
Thanks you need to paste the report in notepad and save that as a .txt file and upload it.
I did notice COA_SLP though not sure what that means :/

If you get the popup again take a screen shot of it too

    Where??

Where EXACTLY does it show XP.
Well your system info shows W7 pro so does MGdiag,
(where did you get that licence code, it certainly didnt come from this 2006 comp and as such is a counterfiet installation, even if it was an upgrade)
