PC crash to black screen and stuck

More info:

Every day in mid-action screen goes completely black and only hard reset releases the computer (pc stuck).

Another problem might be related to:
Last week, every time I went into a direct download of a file download from the Internet is not downloading, is showing the sign of the loading and load a long time and end up without downloading anything.

(This is true for all browsers, IE, Firefox, and Chrome - and checked properly downloaded from the download link on another computer and its working good).

I updated drivers and audio screen.

I entered history Crashes windows and saw I got the black screens read:
service_KMS.exe stopped working.

Another problem that calls me that perhaps related to: Sometimes I get "Explore windows has stopped working".

Why did you even have KMS installed anyway?

Service_KMS.exe belongs to KMSPico and it doesn't find its way onto people's PCs on its own.
