Can someone tell me what version of Windows the below is and do they match the file name?

GSP1RMCPRXFRER_EN_DVD. That would be Windows 7, Professional version, with service pack 1, 64 bit, new install, English language.

Does that above disk title and description correspond with X17-59186? Also is it a retail or oem disk?

Can you confirm it is not the "N" version of Windows?

Also are the below hash details correct?

There is no difference between retail and OEM as far as the source is concerned. The install key is what determines that.
