Windows 7 size reducement

I installed a new version of win7 (64bit) in a vmware. This had a size of +/- 25GB (after installing all updates).

I tried some tips and trics i found but no big success.
- Hibernation was not on, so no success for this.
- Pagefile helped me to save 3GB.
- Disk cleanup only won less than 1GB.

Are there other possibilities, as i read that it should only have about 10GB size...

Already thanks!

Turn off System retsore.

If in a VM, why all the updates ?

25 GB is a bit high for windows 7, a fresh install with all those options turned off should only be about 16 GB.

Most options were already ok... only on system restore point, that saved me again 1.5GB.

Updates installed because i always do... What shouldn't in a vmware?
