    So guys

    I have some good news.
    My absence had a reason.
    Before 2 weeks I changed my UPS. I had a 7years-old MGE Ellipse 800 but its batteries reached to the end of their life.
    So I suspect that something with my old UPS voltage was wrong.
    Last 2 weeks that my computer is powered by my new UPS no restart or shutdown happened.

    Maybe EFI partition causes a problem, or will cause problem in the future. But for now my computer with my new UPS works perfect.
    I want to believe that THIS was the problem.

    So I have to thank all of you very very much and I appreciate your help and your suggestions

    Panos

    PS. Bigmck maybe some day I'll try to Convert GPT Disk to MBR Disk. Be sure that you'll be the first that will know how it is going

    Hope it is.

    By the way in the MXdiag report there is a BLOCKED VLK key, for the
    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage - 114 Blocked VLK 2.

    Not sure if it will cause problems later on, as you have 2 other genuine Office products.
