doese your system RAM oR CPU effect on DOWNLOAD SPEEDING "FLASHGET"

I have two laptop one of them has good config and the other one is weak ,
what i see is that ,
however the are in the same distance to my WIFI but my laptop with good config use the highest per/second while download.

is it a myth or true?

The processor pretty much makes or breaks a system post each units system spec's
You can use cpu-z/ cpuid and post the Main board and Memory section screen shots for both
