KB3097877 has been causing all kinds of problems. You could try removing it and reboot. Then see if you still are having problems.

You can always install it again later if need be.

A couple of things to try. They may or may not fix the problem.

    By Brink:

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Pick a restore point before this problem occurred.

    System Restore

So we can have some more information about your system.

Please complete this tutorial also by Brink.

    Running sfc/scannow.

It's something related with NVidia because the NVidia panel can't be opened, but if I end my session and login again all works normally.

    Very abnormal.

Well, I can login and all goes well, but until login appears the black page blink once and then appears the login, it wasn't happening before, anyone have any ideia? I know it's a minor thing but would like to fix it, because it wasn't blinking. Already uninstalled the update from computer. Windows 7 x64.

    Well

I went on msconfig, disabled all services and startup apps, then restarted, then activate all again then problem gone.

    Until now all is ok.

I will put my systems specs.
