MSDOS Command to Start Windows Service

    Hello,

I'm looking to automate a application access which in turn requires a windows service to start. for this I want to put commands in a batch file and use it when I want to open the application.

For example - I have Cisco AnyConnect VPN client application which I use at home to do Work From Home. And that application needs a windows service configured during its installation. and I don't want that service running all the time even when I'm in office (where I don't use VPN) for this I made a plan to start the service only when I try to open this AnyConnect application and do this process in an MS-DOS batch file. for this I need an MSDOS command to start the windows service then start the application. In internet here (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/...(v=ws.10).aspx) I saw some commands but those guys didn't gave examples. Can any one in this group kindly let me know how to reach my requirement.

Service name is - Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent (check screenshot under attachements)

    Thanks,
    Sudhir
