Windows Logs - Security - Audit Failure on Start Up

I'm consistently getting four Audit Failure events indicated in the Windows Logs - Security immediately after start. Task Category: System Integrity. Screen shot are indicated below. Is this a serious indication of a problem? How do I troubleshoot and repair?

    SFC reports no integrity violations.

I've searched the registry for the key, but it doesn't appear.

Probably no one here has responded because they haven't had this error.
You can google for Windows Event ID 5031, see what you find, and start reading through the threads looking for a fix.

I think your screen print has Event ID 5031, but i have a hard time reading it.
When you save screen prints, save one as .PNG instead of .JPG and see if that is clearer.

No, it's Event ID 5061. My original post is on the link above in the performance and maintenance forum. The screen shots are easier to see, because the pics have higher resolution.

I've Googled, but didn't find anything helpful. If I can't find someone here who knows how to troubleshoot this issue, I'll post on TechNet.

I now know the source of these Audit Failure errors. It's the NVIDIA Streamer Network Service. I've disabled the service along with NVIDIA Streamer Service and NVIDIA 3D Service. The errors don't appear in the logs with these services disabled.

I'll mark this thread as solved. But, I will continue to investigate this issue, because I don't know if the problem is the NVIDIA software or an issue with this Win 7 Pro x64 install.
