Pc stuck. in hibernation will not boot

Hi, thanks in advance for any and all help and advice. This happened after a warning came up concerning the need to back up the hard drive. I decided to hibernate the pc until I could back up but now it won't t come back on. Even after unplugging and restart ing. This is the same pc i had an issue with 2 yrs ago. That issue was fantastically resolved by the help of this forum dispite the manufacturer suggestions☺does anyone know the remedy? Bob

When you say it's stuck in hibernation, does it doesn't boot into the bios loading screen as well?
What were you doing when your PC warned you that your (drive E?) needed to be backed up.

If your Bios Screen doesn't load then it might be hardware related.

There are two things that come into mind: It could be the graphic card not working properly or the Motherboard.

Does your motherboard make any "beeps"? If so can you find out which motherboard you're using as well? Most motherboards express errors by beeps. Some others have LEDs that light up with warnings written next to them.
