How to add New file context menu to windows 7 explorer-toolbar

Like shown below

I Could not find an option for it here
Windows Explorer Toolbar Buttons - Customize

Nor does Explorer Toolbar Editor have this option

This may work doing it by hand.

Add a 'New File' button similar to the 'New Folder Button' (Windows 7) - Super User

Add a Custom Command Button to the Windows 7 Explorer Toolbar

But I recommend backing up the Registry first. If Restore Points don't work well on your system this utility is good for Registry backup. It is freeware:
