    My computer is not recognizing me as the administrator


    Im just trying to change my stupid User pic and it tells me that an adminstrator has to do it...I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR!!!! Help please muchly appreciated.

    Hello and welcome Kim can you get into safe mode? and is your account the administrator if not make it the admin account

    Yes I can get in to safe mode both with and without networking. I am already the administrator that's why I don't understand why it won't recognize it.
