Dual boot 2 Windows 7's partition access question.

I am going to install 2 versions of 7 on my HD. My question is.

If i install any files on one version of 7: updates, programs, patches, games etc.

Will the other windows 7 have access to these files? to change, alter and / or update them , any access at all?

    Note:

    Hello Rich,

I'm afraid not. They will need to be installed and updated in each separate installation of Windows.

You will be able to view and copy/move files from each location though.

Well, I dont want 1 copy to have access to anything. Basically i want a Sandboxed version of windows and a normal version.

Using a virtual machine for one of the installations instead would be a good sandbox.
