Bad signature or certificate

When I use Google as search machine I get an certicate error (Fejlkode: sec_error_bad_signature).
I don't if it have some thing to do with CCleaner I runed yesterday.

This happens only with Google and not with google.pt, google.it .......
I have also problems with google maps/dk, and not from other countries.

It happens both with Mozilla Firefox or Windows IE

My OS is Windows 7 64 bit, and I have Bitdefender as firewall/antivirus

Best regards

Fernando
