Computer freezes randomly and nothing seems to solve the problem

    Hello.

I have been surfing the forum and tried a couple of possible solutions to my problem, but the problem persist.

See, my computer (custom build) freezes randomly, it started happening a few months ago. It only hapends when I surf the web, windows or watching youtube videos (most of the time happens while watching youtube videos), but it is not happening while playing hard games (like fallout 4, metal gear 5, Skyrim ultra modded).
Nothing respons so I have to do a hard reebot

    Things I tried so far.

    1. Serch for virus, malwares and spywares.
    2. Make a clean install of the OS (also tried windows 10). I tried clean copies in all my hard drives devices.
    3. I tried several CMD commands that microsoft told me to run.
    4. I checked my RAM with memtest and also starting my PC unpluging sticks and also swiching slots.
    5. Checked all hard drives with CHKDSK
    6. Updated all my hardware drivers (and using the old ones)
    7. Updated my BIOS (from 11.01 to 12.01)
    8. Dismount and clean all my hardware (from dust and all those kind of things)
    9. Replaced the thermal paste
    10. Check every single wire
    11. Checked all the PC temps with CPUID
    12. Power supply works
    13. Used CCleaner and tuneUp utilities
    14. Used sfc / scannow command

I am sure I am missing more thing i've tried.
I really dont know what else shall I do to solve this problem (also didnt know where to post it)
    Thanks!

what web browser you are using? is your flash plugin up-to-date?

if both are up-to-date, you can try to disable flash plugin in the browser settings and let browser handle youtube playback. will that solve the crashing issue?

I just checked that, it seems to be all updated (browser and flash). I use Mozilla Firefox
Do you thing it might be the web browser? Because it happens not only while web surfing (and not only in youtube, it's more often in youtube)

adobe flash plugin is rather buggy, I would just disable it and let firefox do the youtube playback since youtube supports html5.

if that doesn't help, i'll look to clean the cpu fan and reapply thermal paste. but since you already done that, that should rule out a cpu overheating causing the BSOD. have you look at windows event viewer for errors?
