As a working computer tech, I have the solution to that...but, telling you how to do it would Violate Forum Rules.

Take the little PC to a reliable computer shop and see if they will do it for you. That's the best advice I am allowed to give.

    Good luck!

If you can read the key, you have the important info.
I looked at Detailed Specs on this Toshiba site and it shows Windows 7 Professional as the OS:

It might have been custom ordered differently, but i would try Windows 7 Professional first.

    OK, next 2 questions

    1) Does it have a dvd rom ?

    2) Do you know how to create an install dvd or usb stick ?

Let us know if you want to reinstall windows Professional Service Pack 1 and we can post a link to download the iso file. If you already know how to do all that, well that`s good too :)

You really don't need to tell everyone in every message that you are a "Working Computer Tech". I believe we all know by now.
