Windows 7 Classic Calibri 13 pt. Font Does Not Persist Across Reboots

Because of some eyesight problems, W7 Classic on a 1920x1080 pixel monitor at 125% resolution, with Calibri 13 pt. Icon and Message fonts, works best for me. However, W7 changes Calibri 13 pt. to Calibri 14 pt. whenever I Save this Theme or Shutdown/Restart.

Can anyone duplicate this behavior or point me to a fix for it?
