Unable to access all pc settings and view properties of files

    Hello, I have a Windows 7 Ultimate.

Recently I have been unable to change or even access some settings on my pc. I can't access user accounts- when I click on it, nothing happens. Same with other stuff like my screen saver and sounds. This is also happening when I click on the properties of a file. I right click on the file, click properties and nothing opens. This happens with all files (folders, pictures, documents...).

I have run several antivirus scans on the computer, opened it in Safe mode, done the sfc/scan too. Nothing has appeared to be wrong apart from the above.

You should only have one anti-virus. More than one can cause them to conflict with each other.

OK, we can get this fixed. Let's eliminate and problems with the way your files are setup. If you could do this it will help.
Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image I will check back later.

Chkdsk did not run. Read the bottom few lines. You had checked Y for it to run next time you started the system. Restart and show what you get when it runs.
