    Is OEMBackground set to 0?

If not, set it to 0.

That didn't work can I just delete the registry thing? and all the background images from the folder?

What gives you the impression that it is OEM?

If that OEMBackground registry value is set 0, then deleting it will not help.

As I mentioned earlier, you can use the steps shown in that video to have the log on screen say anything that you want. You might want to pick one of the background images in that folder or create your own.

Sorry AddRAM. I thought that the tool mentioned in the OP might have added the OEMBackground registry value. I forgot about the first part of the post were the OP clearly stated that the OS is OEM :-(

Would reinstalling windows 7 fix is? I have no problem doing that as all my main programs and stuff are ON my HD drive, I only use my SSD for my Operating system.

If you re-install Windows i expect you will need to re-install all your programs that are installed on the HD.
There are registry entries that won't work after a Windows re-install.

Before you re-install, create a System Backup Image of your [C] drive so you can recover.
I use Macrium Reflect free for backup images.
