Problem you may ask?? Well the login screen says I have Windows 7 professional.....
Could it be a custom background image?

Sir I am watching that video you've provided to check my registrey and files, appreciate the posting I will let you know if anything has changed, though doubt it as I said I've never done anything that involves login screen changing

Something weird ? It`s a diagnostic report from Microsoft that generates a report that tells us if your Windows is Genuine and activated properly, why are you afraid to run it and post the results for Noel to look over ?

Why are you arrogant that you want me to post a windows 7 product key here? hmmm, not that stupid... to post a key here, and other stuff... sure, if this was a microsoft website I would... but I'm not american nor from a 2nd-3rd world country I can read 100% correctly.

before calling someone afraid, you should think before you talk it's not made by microsoft one bit, it's a simple run command application that gives all systems information and more.... there's loads floating around on google... sir I'm not that much of an idiot.... Although I don't know more than 80% about computers, and only study "game and creation " at plymouth city college united kingdom, doen't mean i'm as dumb as a 10 year old on an xbox or a console who's new to PC's.

I suggest you stop trying to look for my product key and quit it.
I guess that you don't know that the report does not contain the product key.

does about 4 lines down, it cuts out the first bunch of letters.

edit - 5 lines down cuts out the first 10 letters/numbers , under that is product id

Never asked you to post a product key, we have never asked someone to post their product key, I know full well it does not post the key, do you think this is the first time it`s been asked to be run here. I asked you to run the windows genuine diagnostic report because of all the boogus Ultimate installs we see here. I put in a PM to Noel.

I am not arrogant, and once again, you are being very rude.

I am a Professional Computer Technician and I do not need your useless oem Windows 7 Ultimate key.

I know. I've read 100s of them. It is not a big deal to post the report. But I don't care about it.

Perhaps, you can use the info in the video to just cover up the wrong version info.

After checking this, when it gets to the "logonUI / Background" I see 2 files [default] [OEMBackground]

and even in the windows 7 system 32 folders, I see a bunch of updates for yesterday, maybe it is custom theme? how do i delete all of this?

    Is OEMBackground set to 0?

If not, set it to 0.
