    Odd screen


    I have obviously touched something and I now have a home screen as in the pic. I have no idea why it suddenly flipped so can someone please let me know how to correct it please.

    No sorry even the snip will not load up the screeen is like a piece of A4 paper with fold marks on it

    Hi,
    Which laptop asus or Toshiba
    Also is this the machine you installed linux on ?

    I'm sure you've tried safe and or with networking ?

    Sorry mike false alarm I reached over to insert a stick into the laptop which is very close to the monitor and must have brushed against one of the adjusting buttons which on this monitor are extremely sensitive

    Have now rearranged and reset the monitor back

    Don't feel bad once I accidentally activated the gaming cross hairs and took me a while to get rid of it

    Yep it is just the monitor buttons are those very small touch ones That I think are activated by close proximity rather than actual clicking (Asus VX 249) very nice unit though
