"This is not a genuine copy of Windows 7"

I don't understand why I've recently started getting this message. I upgraded from Vista nearly 5 months ago with no problem. It activated fine and still shows this in System.

Does anyone know why I've started getting this message?

PS - I don't know if this is significant but, for privacy reasons, I disabled Microsoft's CEIP reporting about a week ago and I first noticed the 'not genuine' message the following day.

I can't see why it should make a difference as they are stated to be two different processes

The "Genuine Software" system has been known to make errors, you could turn the CEIP reporting Back on to check if it is related to the non genuine message if it is or it's not and if the message persists you will have to contact Microsoft for them to sort it
