    Xmarks popup box locked internet


    I was looking for a thread category "Weird," but I guess this one will. Setup a new computer, have Firefox and Safari. Had Xmarks on old machine and suddenly, up pops the attached message that I can't exit from and can't access Firefox or Safari. It literally jumps around like a demented graphic. How can I delete this? I've copies all programs from external disk to new Program Files, it's not there. Is this a scam popup? As always, your help will surely get me out of this. ellenc

    Hi,
    Not sure why you would offer a .pdf for an image file but please upload a jpeg or png picture file type

    thanks for replying. Problem with Windows tool "snippage" that I use to save in JPG. Therefore, the PDF, sorry. Here goes again...ellenc
