Glitches in my W 7

My W 7 Desktop is having all kinds of glitches. The settings change, the time zone changes, these are examples of the glitches. I have scanned with Avast, Malwarebytes, super anti spyware and all was clean. I even downloaded adware cleaner and Mcafee stinger, nothing comes up.

My question is...........could this symptoms of my computer dying. I bought it in Nov, 2010.

I would start by running a System File Check (up to 3 times) to see if there are any errors that can't be fixed.

Right click on the icon/link you used to start the SFC, and then click on Run as administrator
Here is a tutorial with pictures about Run as administrator (i mostly use Option 2 or 4)
