Bizarre problem regarding installers

Hello guys. I'm trying to find the cause for my error for almost a year, and had no success so far. I asked on other forums, but never recieved a reply either. I have to give a small background to maybe enlighten the problem for you.

My PC had two disks last year: a SSD for the OS (mapped c:\) and a 120GB HDD for data (mapped on D:\ - this machine doesn't have a DVD drive). 120GB for data, however, was too small, so I acquired a 2TB HDD.

I had some applications which search for information on D:\, and to avoid resetting everything I did those steps:

- All system proccesses were closed;
- Through disk management I remapped the 120GB disk to E:\; then shut down the PC;
- I installed the new 2TB HDD on the machine, connected to the motherboard, and started the machine again;
- Did a disk format and mapped the 2TB disk on D:\, and after that, copied everything from the 120GB to this new HDD the way directories were placed;

- Shut down the machine again and removed the 120GB HDD.

After the procedures I had no problems with my applications, they all worked as usual, so apparently everything was okay.

Until I needed to install something.

For some reason, and this is my problem, about half the applications and installers I ran on the PC after the disk swap are showing up blank - window headers, body, buttons, everything stays blank. Some of them flashes white, so I can still use them, but they are an exception.

Other installers run just fine, it doesn't even happen with ALL of them, which I always found strange.

Attached is a pic from a installer from some months ago, when I asked on another forum: the window was a file selection(like, for example, office Word open file option), but look what happens when I open it.

I never managed to find out what causes the problem, but I'm sure it started after the disk swap.

Is there a way to fix this problem? I wanted to avoid formatting everything, but it has been almost a year and I still have no clue on what causes this behavior.

Thanks for any help.

No Installers Work at all, Not Even Official Installers
As the title says, not a single installer works, even official installers for programs, I trued using the Microsoft FixIt Tool, which shockingly worked, and it said there are no problems so no fixes were made.
